Liheng Sinafo

Catholic Social Service, in partnership with the Governor and Lt. Governor of Guam and the Manelu organization, opened a second shelter in October 2021.

Liheng Sinafo provides an additional 40 units for individuals who are homeless and in need of temporary shelter.

Services Provided:

~ Twenty-four (24) hour shelter
~ Three meals daily
~ Case management services from Manelu.
~ Support services 


Admission to the shelter:

1.  Individuals must fill out an intake application form.
2.  If determined eligible, the individual may be admitted to the shelter if beds are available.
3.  If there are no beds available, the individual or family is placed on a wait list and assisted on a first come, first served basis.
