While hundreds of homeless seek shelter everyday, when memories fade like old photographs, and families struggle to care for loved ones with special needs.  As young children and women are caught in the storm of abuse and neglect, we are there.

For over 40 years, we have helped Guam's victims of life when there was nowhere else to turn.
